Vodafone launches global maternity policy

The British telecommunication group Vodafone is introducing a global maternity policy to support new parents among its staff. By the end of the year, the policy will be implemented in all the 30 countries where the group operates. In the Czech Republic, the new benefits for parents will be launched on April 1st.

The group also published a video explaining the problems of combining work and parenthood.
