Four notorious mistakes in job ads

Job offers should provide people with basic information clearly about what job is on offer, who's offering it and the salary.

The "Who" doesn't only mean the name, address and the field the company operates in, but also something about the company's culture and values. At the same time, the job shouldn't be described using a generic title and a summary of empty phrases such as "team player" or "communication skills".

Additionally, in general, the ad should be interesting and distinct from competitive advertisements in order to motivate as many candidates as possible to apply.

It sounds like a matter of course, but in practice employers still have gaps in as fundamental a thing as writing job ads. Today we we'll look at what mistakes you should avoid.
