Five non-verbal signals of a candidate that you should heed

If someone is able to interpret correctly non-verbal signals from their counterpart in communication, they might learn more about that person than if they just listen to what the person is saying. You should also pay attention to non-verbal communication of candidates at a job interview. An interview of course has its own specifics and a candidate might be more nervous, withdrawn and rushed than usual, a factor which should be borne in mind when reading non-verbal communication. Generally speaking, you should pay attention especially in cases where the non-verbal signals are in direct contradiction with what the candidate is saying, or if they suddenly become significantly more pronounced.
