European companies will have to adjust to millennials more

Millennials. This much talked-about group of young people is growing up quickly. Millennials are becoming an important part of the world group of employees as they reach management positions in both small and large companies. Their often less conservative view of the world enables them to come up with innovations and new ideas. And yet many companies remain less accommodating towards millennials in terms of the company-employee relationship. However, this will have to change if companies do not wish to lose quality workers, and many an enterprise has already started adapting successfully to the demands of the new generation of employees.
