For anyone to be talked about behind their back is not good. A working environment that suffers from gossip and badmouthing is, according to HR Morning, a killer of efficiency and good relations. So focus on interconnection of teams and shared projects, and removing prejudices.
Aggressive behaviour
Any ambitious employee who behaves unscrupulously, aggressively or inappropriately cannot be tolerated at your company, not even if they are at management level.
Lack of employee feedback
The working environment should motivate employees to show initiative and have new ideas. If these are completely absent, it might be because no attention is paid to employees, who are subjected only to a directive management style and have no power to change anything.
Frequent rotation of employees
If employees are regularly handing in their notice and there is constant change and rotation, you need to work on benefits, the relationship of the company with its employees and the overall understanding of the HR culture within your company.
No trust in management and rules
If employees do not follow the rules, if they distrust management and see its visions as unrealistic, you should improve your communications to involve employees more in the decision-making processes and better communicate the visions and goals of the company.
