Náborářská společnost Hays Česká republika zveřejnila svůj každoroční platový průzkum. Jedná se o přehled výše platů v České republice sestavený na základně hrubého měsíčního platu v českých korunách, který vychází z náborových projektů společnosti v roce 2012.
Průzkum se zaměřuje na pracovní pozice v oblastech Accounting & Finance, IT/Telco, Construction & Property; Energy, Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Banking, Office Support, Manufacturing & Operations a Business Services. Platy personalistů jsou zařazeny v kategorii Office Support.
Dozvídáme se, že v této kategorii dochází v posledních letech k mírnému poklesu finančního ohodnocení u administrativních pozic juniorní úrovně. „V oblasti personalistiky kontinuálně převažuje poptávka nad nabídkou, a to hlavně u seniorních pozic. Je to zřejmě dáno i aktuálním trendem centralizace a přesouvání personální agendy do zahraničních entit,“ konstatuje průzkum.

Study: Actual salaries of (not only) HR professionals in the Czech Republic
Hays Czech Republic published its annual Salary Survey. It is an overview of salaries in the Czech Republic compiled on the basis of a gross monthly salary in Czech crowns (CZK) based on the company's recruitment projects in 2012.
The survey focuses on jobs in the fields of Accounting & Finance, IT/Telco, Construction & Property, Energy, Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Banking, Office Support, Manufacturing & Operations and Business Services. The salaries of HR professionals are included in the Office Support category.
We can find that there has been a small decrease in salaries especially on junior administrative positions in recent years. "We observe a similar trend for Human Resources roles, in particular senior appointments where the number of available candidates is continuously higher than the number of open positions. This may be caused by the current trend of centralizing and/or relocating of the HR function to entities abroad," concludes the survey.
